NOTICE OF SALE OF A PRACTICAL TRAINING CENTER FARM

Pursuant to instructions given to us by our Principal TIB DEVELOPMENT BANK LTD of P.O. Box 9373, Dar Es Salaam Tanzania, we hereby notify the general public that we shall sell by Tender, the Bank’s mortgaged property the details of which are described herein below: -

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENDER
1. Interested tenderers are advised to get further information of the Property from the office of ADILI AUCTION MART LIMITED located at House # 53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe Street, Makumbusho Area, Opposite Mesuma Hotel, Dar Es Salaam.
2. Inspection and search reports of the property are to be conducted by interested tenderers before submission of Bids.
3. Bid Documents should be in plain envelope with the outer cover clearly marked “TENDER NO: AAM/TIB/CPTC/01/2023 FOR PURCHASE OF PRACTICAL TRAINING CENTER FARM
4. “stating Lot Number addressed and delivered to ADILI AUCTION MART LIMITED office located at House # 53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe Street Makumbusho area Dar Es Salaam.
5. Deadline for submission of Bid Documents shall be on Thursday 19th October, 2023 at 10.00 AM and opened the same day in front of all tenderers or representatives at 10.30 AM at office of Adili Auction Mart Ltd located at House # 53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe Street, Makumbusho Area, Opposite Mesuma Hotel, Dar Es Salaam.
6. Telegraph, faxes, electronically mailed and late submission of bid documents shall not be accepted.
7. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not obliged to explain its reasons.
8. The winning of the BID will not be affected by its size, the Bank has final decision.
9. The winner of the tender must pay at least 25% of the bid price within 48 hours after being notified to be winner of the tender. The remaining 75% must be paid within fourteen (14) days from day of payment of first installment.
10. If the successful winner fails to pay the remaining 75% of the bid amount within the specified time frame, the deposited amount will be forfeited, and the property resold by new tender after fresh notification.
11. All payments should be made at any Tanzania Commercial Bank Plc Branches to Account No.420410000032, Account Name: TIB DFI LOAN DISBURSMENT/COLLECTION.
12. The Property is sold on ‘as and where is’ basis.
